Product BrochureH2Poxy-A is a hydrophobic, above-the-water-line epoxy product that features extreme toughness and adhesion. H2Poxy-A retains zero water when left submerged in saltwater for up to 12 days. H2Poxy-A will not react to mist, humidity, rain, or water spills even while in an uncured state.
While typical epoxies exhibit a loss of mass of 25 to 35 mg after 1000 cycles, H2Poxy-A tested at only a 3 mg loss of mass after the same tests. H2Poxy-A has passed hot-tire tests and can be used for hydro-static pressure. Effective as a floor coating, it is suitable for marine and heavy industry applications.
H2Poxy-A can be successfully applied to wet concrete and wet metals. It will disperse water and firmly attach to the substrate. It can withstand damp fog, rain, and accidental water spills on the product even before fully cured. H2Poxy-A is a 100% solids product and is green-certified as it contains 0 VOCs.
This is the result of our restorative work using CRS and H2POXY A. We were able to achieve coverage of approx. 250 m2 - 300 m2 per hour and we needed about 180 gallons of CRS and 400 H2POXY kits +/-
The results show the remarkable power of Maxon's anti-corrosion solutions. The hydrophobic nature of H2POXY-A on wet concrete and standing water on rusty metal is clearly evident after its application on highly corroded surfaces.
The application MAXON CRS ensured that existing rust was eradicated and the occurrence of future corrosion was close to none. MAXON C2M was then applied to strengthen the bond and provide a layer over which MAXON H2POXY-A could be applied. This made the structure further resistant to the harsh environment and liquid spills.
We applied C2M to seal the crack and to fortify the structure and prevent any future incidents. The tanks were then coated with MAXON H2POXY-A, hence forming a water-resistant barrier.
The results after applying H2POXY-A and MAXON MP80 were remarkable. Not only were the curbstones refurbished, but they were also strengthened and fortified against harmful ultraviolet rays, abrasions, impacts, water damage, and made easy to clean from spills, tire marks, and other unforeseen factors.
Maxon’s solutions brought a 360⁰ turnaround and considerable cost savings. MAXON CRS was first applied directly on the rust to remove existing rust and to strengthen the metal. MAXON H2Poxy-A offers a water-resistant layer, thus extending the lifespan of the pumps further.
The powerful combination of MAXON C2M, H2POXY-A, CRS, and VLS has highly competitive qualities and allows for easier, greener, minimally disruptive and economically viable maintenance of metals and concrete. The results are evident and it also provides protection against future corrosion.

We were asked to do the restorative work on three old but constantly used docks. The operation was tough as the docks had to be operational in between the restoration process. We were able to work out a plan and complete the restoration for three similar docks.
